This fantail - just wouldn't leave me alone. Followed me everywhere chirping madly. Fantails are usually very difficult to photograph as they move extremely fast so I was very pleased with the result. This is just one of 5 good shots I got of this particular bird. It was taken with my Canon EOS 500 film camera long before digital was even born!

 What a great expression Those fantails are cheeky little birds. When you walk around in the forests or paths, they seem 'friendly' as they come real close. But in actual fact you are disturbing the tiny little insects that they like to feed on so they're swooping in for a feed. This one followed me everwhere, chirping and getting in close - and I was able to take 5 photos of him that were good. They are incredibly hard to photograph as they move so fast. I guess I just got lucky with this shot!!
